Please note that our products are handmade to order. Once you have placed your order, please coordinate with us to receive an estimated delivery date. Please allow 5-30 days (depending on the product) for dispatch.
For bulk or custom orders, please expect longer processing times.
Please be aware that shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping vendor.
Return & Exchange Policy
We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase from our store. However, as a small business, we regret that we cannot offer refunds for change of mind. We are more than happy to replace any defective or damaged products.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, kindly contact us within 48 hours via Instagram, providing pictures as evidence of the damage. Please note that we will not accept returns of damaged products after this 48-hour window.
Upon approval of the images, you will be required to return the damaged product at your own expense within 7 days. We will then send a replacement for the defective product within the specified time frame.
We encourage you to take care when mailing items back to us, as we cannot be held responsible for any additional damage that may occur during transit.
